Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Psithyron collects through psithyron.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are
Psithyron (“we”, “us”) is a marketing studio based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, business name (optional), email, the services you’re interested in, your budget band, and your message. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether and how we can help. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) together with our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and — where relevant — taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not use form submissions for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Where it’s stored and who can see it
Your enquiry is stored in our customer-relationship system, Zoho, on servers inside the European Union. We use a small number of trusted providers (for example Zoho for CRM and Resend for email delivery) purely to run our business; they process data on our instructions and not for their own purposes. We never sell or rent your data.
International transfers
We keep your data within the European Union where possible. If a provider processes data outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, and you can object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Cookies
psithyron.com uses only the cookies essential to serve the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above and post the new version here.
