The challenge.
Pinelaki is our family's auto-body shop — thirty years of reputation, repeat customers, and word of mouth in Nicosia. Like most established local businesses, almost none of that strength existed online.
Customers would call to ask the same questions every day: what colour suits the car, what a repair might cost, when the shop could take them. Every answer lived in one person's head, reachable only during opening hours.
This is the exact gap we now solve for clients — which is why we solved it for ourselves first.
The whisper.
We treated our own shop the way we treat a client: study the questions customers actually ask, then build the bridge between their attention and the business.
The result is a working system, not a brochure: an AI colour visualizer customers use to see their car in a new colour before calling, an AI damage estimator, and booking and capture flows wired into the shop's daily routine.
Everything is in production. We test on ourselves before we ever propose it to a client.
